ITRMC Council and StaffCouncil MembersThe council consists of 16 members who each serve a two-year term at the pleasure of the appointing authority and who represent their respective areas. The governor appoints the chairman, two executive agency officers, an information technology executive from the private industry, a public safety official, a state information systems manager, a representative from local government, and a representative for rural interests.
The remaining membership includes two people appointed by the president pro tempore of the senate, two people appointed by the speaker of the house of representatives, one person appointed by the chief justice of the supreme court, the state controller, the state superintendent of public instruction, and the executive officer of the state board of education.

Support StaffThe staff is responsible for development of the State's IT Plan; staffing support to the council; research and development of statewide IT applications; and coordination, facilitation, and implementation of the State's long-range, enterprise-wide technology planning efforts and initiatives.
