IT Strategic Planning

The Office of the CIO leads the development, maintenance, and updates of the Department of Administration's IT strategic plan, in alignment with the department's business plan. We also provide oversight and accountability on the execution of the state's IT strategic plan (developed by the IT Resource Management Council) to include:

• serving as a data collection point for tactical plans, deliverables, and progress updates from key staff and ITRMC Committee chairs
• monitoring adherence timelines and accomplishment of milestones
• working with the CIO and CTO to understand and maintain overall status of the Strategic Plan deliverables
