State agencies, users, and IT staff often need assistance in identifying and providing solutions to IT-related issues or problems. The Office of the CIO can assist using our consulting services which include:

• confirming or reviewing external or internal IT solutions
• providing purchasing options for hardware and software
• reviewing and suggesting backup solutions
• assisting agency IT staff in troubleshooting problems
