Consulting
State agencies, users, and IT staff often need assistance in identifying and providing solutions to IT-related issues or problems. The Office of the CIO can assist using our consulting services which include:
- confirming or reviewing external or internal IT solutions
- providing purchasing options for hardware and software
- reviewing and suggesting backup solutions
- assisting agency IT staff in troubleshooting problems
