Bringing Agencies Together: Consolidated Contract Management

We strive to consolidate multiple agency IT product/service requirements into enterprise-wide procurements and/or contracts. When multiple agency contracts exist with a single vendor, we consolidate those contracts into fewer contracts (perhaps one contract) with that vendor. In addition, we ensure that contractors meet their service obligations in terms of price, delivery, and quality.
