Customer Relationship Management

  • To better understand our customer's needs, our goal is to meet periodically (at a minimum annually) with agencies to:
    • discuss the services that have been provided by the Office of the CIO and obtain feedback
    • ascertain the agency's awareness of the services provided by the Office of the CIO
    • provide information on current and future services provided by the Office of the CIO
    • provide information on the enterprise services, statewide contracts, and consolidation initiatives
    • develop and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
    • stay involved as the primary the point of contact for action items and issue resolution
